The Canon Inkjet Print utility is available for the Canon All-in-One inkjet printer models.

For Windows: You can download this application from the Microsoft Store (Windows).

For macOS: The Canon Inkjet print utility application is installed along with the printer driver.

For Windows

If your OS type is Windows, then follow the below instructions to download and install the IJ Start Canon Inkjet Print utility on your Windows computer.

  • Go to the Microsoft Store.
  • Search for the Canon Inkjet Print utility and select it.
  • On the utility download page, click on the Get button.
  • Now, the Canon Inkjet Print Utility will start to download.
  • Once the utility is downloaded, install it on your computer by following the on-screen instructions.

For Mac

As discussed above, the Canon Inkjet Print utility is installed along with the printer driver. If you wish to make advanced print settings using the utility, then follow the below instructions.

  • Initially, make sure that your Canon Inkjet printer is turned on.
  • Open the System Preferences window.
  • Click on the Print & Fax, Printers & Scanners, or Print & Scan option.
  • If necessary, select your Canon printer from the list and click Options & Supplies or click on the Utility option followed by Open Print Queue.
  • If you’re using the AirPrint driver instead of the CUPS printer driver, then the AirPrint driver will display when you click the Options & Supplies option.
  • Once the IJ Start Canon Inkjet Print utility opens on your computer, configure the print settings as per your desire.
